Pre Purchase Building Inspection

Our accredited BIASA inspectors have hands-on experience as Builders and as Inspectors so they’ve seen it all and know all of the tricks used to make a home sparkle but nothing gets past our inspectors.

THE INSPECTION

When you book a Pre Purchase Building Inspection with us, one of our highly qualified contractors will visit the property and conduct a fully comprehensive visual inspection to Australian Standards 4349.1 using the latest in technology to detect any issues not necessarily detectable by the untrained eye. They cover everything from chipped tiles to major issues and take the time to investigate just why each issue may be occurring to build the bigger picture. They will inspect all safe and accessible areas both internally and externally within 30 metres of the building including fencing/retaining walls. If you are thinking of renovating our inspectors are all qualified builders so can advise you on load baring walls and even provide you with referrals to proven trade contacts. Our contractors conduct each Pre Purchase Inspection as if they were buying it for themselves and are passionate about doing their job well. They are extremely thorough and dedicated to spending the time leaving no stone unturned.

THE REPORT

Because of our unique and thorough reporting system, our contractors are able to build their report as they conduct the inspection. Your comprehensive inspection report includes full colour photographs and a detailed explanation of any issues picked up, where/what room they were picked up in and what needs to be done to fix the issue. They will also provide a standard overall rating for your property when compared to those of that age in the same area. Most importantly they will provide you with their professional opinion regarding the general condition of the property at the time of the inspection. Every one of our contractors stands by their qualifications, industry experience and knowledge and the evidence is in the exceptionally detailed reports they present!

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE THE INSPECTION REPORT?

We are the leaders in getting your report to you within 4 – 6 hours of the inspection being conducted.

Our inspectors use a specialised and unique reporting system that not only ensures that nothing is missed during the inspection, but also enables our inspectors to build the report as they go meaning you get your report within 4-6 hours of the inspection being conducted every time, without fail!

Just another one of our benefits to you!

AND THE SERVICE TO YOU DOESN’T STOP THERE!

Once you have had the chance to read through your comprehensive report your dedicated inspector will be waiting for your call and will be able to take you step by step through the report in detail. Most importantly they will be able to explain everything in a language you can understand (not builder’s jargon). They are approachable, caring, empathetic to your needs and most importantly knowledgeable and will ensure that you are left with no questions unanswered before making your decision to go forward and purchase.

You’ll have the complete confidence and knowledge to make a 100% fully informed decision.
