OUR STAGED NEW BUILD SERVICE PACKAGE
Our Staged Residential New Build Inspection service packages are based on 6 individual onsite inspections conducted by our BIASA accredited inspectors. These on-site inspections are generally aligned with the main stages of a new build process and are conducted by the same inspector throughout the entire building process ensuring consistency in communication and site familiarisation. The onsite inspections include the following on site staged inspections as a minimum:
AREAS THE INSPECTION WILL COVER
The inspection is generally* conducted on the following areas:
Stage 1 – Site preparation just prior to the concrete being poured
Stage 2 – Foundations post concrete pour
Stage 3 – Wall and roof framing
Stage 4 – Brickwork and roof covering
Stage 5 – Internal Linings
Stage 6 – Second Fix Carpentry
Stage 7 – Practical Completion / Handover
